Revitalizing Vision and Purpose in the Workplace

This intensive 2-day course seeks to catalyse the leaders and staff to recall their vision, purpose and source of joy in the workplace as it relates to
their personal values and life goals.

Through meaningful time of reflection and sharing of insights, participants are revitalized, challenged, moved towards greater commitment in providing meaningful contribution in realizing the organization’s
vision, mission, and goals.

  • Who am I: My Value and Worth

  • Reflected on their life and how significant events, people and places influenced their relationships with God and others and their perception of self.
  • Identified their areas of strength and areas of growth
  • Surfaced how others perceive their strengths and areas of growth.

  • My Life’s Purpose

  • Identified their personal values
  • Reviewed the organization’s Core Values and identified those that connect strongly to their personal values and those with greatest disconnect.
  • Identified concrete action steps to address areas of connect and disconnect in their personal values and the organizational values.
  • Identified concrete measures to ensure work-life synergy.

  • Who I am at Work

  • Shared their definition of “Joy”
  • Identified their source of Joy based on their definition and assessed their current “Joy” index level in the workplace
  • Examined their workstyle and how this is impacting their level of stress
  • Identified ways of managing stress and increase their ability to relax

  • Living My Life’s Purpose & Goals

  • Identified their goals, next steps and risks in living out their purpose and goals in life in the context of what they do in the organization.
  • Assessed their current capacity and identified needs in living out their purpose and goals in life

  • Celebration

  • Reviewed all their activity outputs in the last 2 days, and identified things they want to celebrate in their LiFE
  • Compose a prayer of celebration as they remember the journey of the 2 days of Revitalizing their Vision and Purpose in the workplace
